Bullion Items and Final Sale Items – Non-Returnable, Non-Cancellable, Exchanges Only

The term “Bullion Items” pertains to ungraded legal tender coins of silver, gold, platinum, or palladium, as well as bars or rounds of these precious metals, or any item labeled as such by the Company prior to purchase. “Final Sale Items” are those marked as such in their listing description at the time of purchase. Bullion Items and Final Sale Items cannot be returned or canceled under any circumstances. However, in the rare event of a manufacturer’s defect, they may be exchanged for the same item, subject to the Company’s discretion and availability.

All Other Items – 30-Day Return Policy

For all purchases other than Bullion Items and Final Sale Items, you have 30 days from the ship date to return your purchase to the Company and receive a full refund of the purchase price. However, certain conditions must be met:

  • Products must remain unaltered, with coins in their original capsules and all items in their original packaging, complete and in a condition suitable for resale. Altered products or those not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • All accompanying documents and bonus items must be returned along with the product.
  • Returns must include a Return Authorization Number, obtainable from our Customer Service Department.
  • Failure to return products with original packaging, bonus items, or outside the 30-day return period may result in the Company refusing the return or applying a 15% restocking fee, at its discretion.

Refunds for non-bullion items cover the product cost minus any discounts or deductions applied, with shipping and handling charges non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the Company.

Refund Process

The Company will issue refunds using the same payment method as the original purchase (e.g., credit card purchases refunded to the original card). Any outstanding balance from a returned item will be deducted from the refund before crediting the customer’s account.
